Sales Manager Application
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of concise business plans with the CEO to optimize growth potential for each account. All plans should include current data on
- Product assortment strategy and action items
- Merchandising strategy and action items
- Promotional strategy, timelines, and action items
- E-commerce strategy, audit schedule, link maintenance, and action items.
- Work through action items, consistently maintain plans and update progress to goal data.
- Serve as the primary backup to effectively and consistently manage all Key Account order transactions to ensure quality customer service and product availability/fulfillment.
- Work with team to ensure we are compliant with your customer needs, to initiate and complete set up.
- Assist in the Effective management of closeouts to support key account needs while minimizing channel and trade conflicts and cannibalization of inline products.
- Assist Key Account Team in execution of merchandising directives and, where planned, outside merchandising agencies to continually develop our key account
- Assist Key Account Team in the management of the company’s e-commerce relationship with key accounts
- Assist Key Team with Key Account meeting preparation as directed.
- Assist Key Accounts Team in the management of the Key Account Service Program to optimize account service levels in accordance with overall company investment
- Assist Key Account Team in the management of the company’s e-commerce relationship with key accounts
- Assist Key Accounts Team in the management of the Key Account Service Program to optimize account service levels in accordance with overall company investment in the program.
- Assist in the maintenance of an accurate Key Account promotional calendar and communication regularly with forecasting.
- Attend trade shows and sales meetings to actively communicate with customers and manage Key Account reps towards the timely submission of all strategies, initiatives, and action items necessary to manage Key Accounts
- Gather and analyze Key Account sales information to identify trends.
- Maintain active and effective level of communication with Key Account Team.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Preferably 2-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
- Must have a demonstrable record of achievement in winning New Business and achieving New Business sales
- Consistent track record of success in selling POS system, closing business, and creating and managing a pipeline of opportunities
- Highly motivated and professional with excellent communication skills, highly confident and goal oriented
- Ability to communicate with senior level management, to explain complex processes and to demonstrate POS services
- Strong overall computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Must have Knowledge of: Sales, order management, event coordination, key account trade and show planning
- The maturity necessary to excel in a high-visibility position where consensus building and partnerships are critical to success.
- Must be willing to work in Muñoz, Quezon City and preferably can start ASAP
- Full Time position available.
